Millions Recovered For Past Clients
Biography
I am proud to call Henderson my home. I graduated from Henderson County High School, where I was a member of the basketball, track, and speech teams, and I'm a member of the Academic Hall of Fame. I then received a scholarship to attend Duke University, before the rivalry with my home state's school began (yes, I have caught much flack since then, but I am a Blue Devil at heart). After finishing law school at the University of Cincinnati, I practiced for a couple of years in Ohio before returning home to raise my four children with my beautiful wife, Emily.
I love helping people, and I love matching wits in court against big-firm and big-company attorneys. I represent people who are hurt - sometimes very badly hurt or killed - through no fault of their own. When I stand before juries and argue cases for my clients, I tell juries that in a court of law, all parties are equal, even if the people on the other side are insurance companies or other big corporations. My team and I provide clients with "big city" legal services, even though we are located in a small town. We fight for our clients in a professional, aggressive, but compassionate manner.
